A Brief History of Burnt Cones
Burnt Cones began as a passion project by two lifelong friends who turned their love for gelato into a business during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. After training at Italy’s renowned Carpigiani Gelato University, they set out to create a cafe that pairs authentic, house-made gelato with their unique caramelized cones and buttermilk waffles.
