Shoppers at Sembawang Shopping Centre can now look forward to a fresh take on retail and dining, thanks to the launch of FairPrice Group’s first blended concept store.

The newly opened FairPrice Finest offers more than groceries—it combines vibrant food experiences, exclusive gourmet offerings, and essential shopping under one roof, marking a unique milestone in local retail.

A New Shopping Experience with Something for Everyone

FairPrice Finest’s latest outlet blends the familiarity of a supermarket with the variety of a curated food hall and lifestyle bar. Located at Sembawang Shopping Centre, the space features not only well-stocked grocery aisles but also a Kopitiam Food Hall, The Grocer Bar for cocktails and light bites, and a Unity pharmacy—all in a single location.

Customers can explore fresh produce, pick up sushi or seafood, and settle down for a meal at any of the 14 food stalls that make up the new Kopitiam Food Hall, all without leaving the building.

The new Kopitiam Food Hall brings together a mix of local and international flavours. Whether you’re craving Thai, Korean, Japanese, or classic hawker fare, the lineup includes something for all palates. Standouts include:

• Fitra Chicken Rice with halal-certified Hainanese favourites

The hall also features value-driven offerings such as the Kopi Kiosk’s $3 breakfast sets for NTUC members, making it a convenient stop for both meals and snacks.

Until 14 June 2025, visitors can also enjoy selected dishes at just $5, including Roasted Duck Rice from Guan Chee and Chicken Pad Thai from Yuan Wei.

Food lovers can look forward to browsing imported products from Australia, Korea, Japan, Thailand and the US. The store’s partnership with Central Food Retail Group and Lotte Mart introduces more than 80 exclusive items, from snacks and sauces to drinks and ready-to-eat meals.

Adding to the experience is The Grocer Bar—a sleek corner serving cocktails and bar snacks. Highlights include the “Sembawang Shipyard Fizz” and “Sembawang Gimlet Cocktail”, both inspired by local heritage.
