To mark Singapore’s 60th birthday, Tim Ho Wan is rolling out a special SG60 menu that brings together the best of its Hong Kong-style dim sum with the iconic flavours Singaporeans know and love.

Available from now till 31 August 2025 at all outlets (except MBS PEAK), this limited-time line-up is a heartfelt tribute to the nation’s rich culinary tapestry.

A Refreshing Toast to Local Tastes

Start your meal on a tangy note with the Iced Tamarind White Peach Oolong Tea ($4.80). This refreshing drink combines the tartness of tamarind with the fruity sweetness of white peach, anchored by the smooth depth of oolong tea. It’s topped with a ring of pineapple and a sugared rim for a tropical flourish.

Bold Starters: A Peranakan and Seafood Fusion

Leading the appetiser line-up is the Crispy Shrimp Cake with Nyonya Sauce ($8.80). These golden bites are deep-fried to a satisfying crunch and topped with a punchy, aromatic sauce laced with lemongrass and chilli — a nod to Peranakan flavours.

Next, tuck into the Sambal Seafood Fried Rice ($12.80), a hearty dish filled with broccoli, prawns, and a sweet-savoury sambal kick.

Perhaps the most unexpected fusion comes in the form of the Hong Kong Soup Dumpling in Bak Kut Teh ($10.80).

Delicate soup dumplings — usually served in a light consommé — are bathed in Singapore’s signature herbal, peppery broth. Earthy mushrooms and tender pork ribs complete the dish for a robust yet familiar experience.

Durian lovers, rejoice — the Mao Shan Wang Durian Sesame Ball ($6.80) makes its debut on this menu.

Each ball is coated in a crisp sesame shell and filled with luscious Mao Shan Wang durian paste, offering a creamy, bittersweet finish that’s unapologetically bold.
