Burger King S’pore has a new Salmon Mentaiko Burger made with salmon from Hokkaido, Japan

No artificial colours or preservatives

In case you didn’t know, Burger King Singapore has just introduced two new burgers to welcome the festive CNY season.

Say hi to the all-new Mentaiko burgers – Salmon Mentaiko Burger and Mentaiko Double Chick’n Crisp Burger.

Like the names suggest, the new burgers are filled with creamy pink Mentaiko (spicy fish roe) sauce.

According to Burger King, the sauce is free from artificial colours or preservatives.

What’s more, that crispy patty you see in the Salmon Mentaiko Burger contains salmon flown-in all the way from Hokkaido, Japan.

But will it taste like sashimi?
