Learn how to bake Sanrio-themed chiffon cakes from Susanne Ng’s online classes

If there’s anything good that comes out of this pandemic, it’s probably your baking skills and if you are planning to venture further, here’s a baking class that will take your creativity to the next level.

Created by Susanne Ng who found passion in baking while staying home to take care of her 3 children, became famous after New York-based online media Mashable featured her chiffon cakes.

Susanne has since been featured in many media and publications worldwide and has collaborated with Nickelodeon, Mediacorp as well as famous characters such as Disney, Pusheen, We Bare Bears and more.

Sanrio Baking Classes

She has recently teamed up with Sanrio Singapore to host a series of baking classes featuring popular Sanrio characters including Hello Kitty, Little Twin Stars and My Melody.

Here’s how they look like.

Besides cakes, Susanne Ng also teaches you how to make Hello Kitty popsicles.

Prices of the baking classes start from around US$50 with downloadable recipe & template, step-by-step tutorial video.

There are also classes complete with baking kits to get you started immediately. Prices for these classes are a little pricier around US$100.
