JB public bus company Causeway Link to offer 24hr bus service from Queen Street Terminal soon

Very soon, you will be to take a bus to Johor Bahru at any time of the day, including after midnight.

That’s right – starting from 1 August, one of Johor’s largest public bus companies Causeway Link will be offering 24 hours service on bus CW2 daily.

The bus travels between Queen Street Terminal and JB CIQ, and vice versa. It costs $4.80 to Johor and around $1.50 (RM4.80) back.

Prior to the 24-hour service, CW2 operates between 4am – 10.30pm from JB CIQ and from 5.45am – 11.30pm from Queen Street Terminal.

Causeway Link also operates a number of cross-border services including routes to Larkin Sentral and Gelang Patah Terminal via the Tuas Link.

With the new 24-hour service, you will be able to explore the supper spots around Johor even when it’s late at night such as lok lok trucks or street food along Meldrum Walk.

However, do note that EZ-Link and NETS payments are not available on the midnight service according to the bus company.
