Haidilao to debut BBQ grilling option at 4 selected outlets in a pilot phase
Your dream has come true for those wishing to grill their favourite food ingredients in Haidilao restaurant.
Haidilao HI Premium Grill Series
The popular Chinese hotpot chain restaurant Haidilao (海底捞) has just announced they will launch a pilot phase of the barbecue option at selected outlets in Singapore starting on 19 February.
It will be available during selected periods of the day from Monday to Friday.
Here are the participating four outlets:
- Royal Square: +65 6565 5567 / 6565 7767 (Mon – Fri 10:30 AM – 5:30PM, after 10:00 PM (Excluding Fri）)
- Seletar Mall: +65 6282 5505／6282 5506 (Mon – Fri 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM, after 10:00 PM （Excluding Fri）)
- Marina Square: +65 6592 0555／6592 1555 （20 Feb onwards, Everyday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and after 12:00 AM)
- City Square Mall: +65 6592 6600 / 6592 6611 （Everyday 10:30 AM-6:00PM, and after 10:00 PM)

This isn’t an entirely novel concept, as the barbecue option was introduced in Haidilao Malaysia a few weeks ago.
More outlets to come
According to the official announcement from Haidilao Singapore, there are indications that they plan to expand the sizzling option to additional outlets shortly.
Additionally, the restaurants employ a patented fume exhaust system designed to minimize smoke generated during the grilling of meat and other food ingredients.
Prices of the barbecue set meals start from $19.90 for solo or $69.90 for duo experiences.
