Bring the kids, bring the grandparents — Rockestra’s got tunes, treats, and something for all ages
It’s going to be a musical evening to remember as Rockestra® makes its highly anticipated return to Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park this Saturday, 28 June 2025.
Organised by NParks as part of its “Concert Series in the Park”, this 23rd edition of Rockestra® celebrates 60 years of music with a stellar lineup of performances, delicious food options, and vibrant family-friendly activities — all with free admission.
A Celebration of Singapore’s Music Journey
Set against the lush backdrop of Ficus Green, the concert kicks off at 6pm and promises a nostalgic ride through the decades. Jack and Rai, the Music & Drama Company, Supersonic, and The Vibes will each bring their signature sound to the stage, taking audiences on a journey from the 1960s to the present day.
Hosting duties fall to two familiar favourites — Irene Ang and Suhaimi Yusof — whose dynamic energy will keep the crowd engaged from start to finish.
Something for Every Appetite
Attendees can look forward to a diverse spread of local and international bites at the Food Village. Crowd favourite AhMah’s Legacy will serve up nostalgic muah chee with modern twists — think pistachio, peanut sesame, and black sesame praline. Other treats include glutinous rice variations and traditional desserts like pulut hitam.
If you’re craving something heartier, Eminami Junction (a Muslim-owned brand) will be offering a Vietnamese-style grilled chicken baguette packed with fresh herbs and zingy sauces. Cool down with halal-certified frozen fruit popsicles from Frozt, or sip on a cold Budweiser while taking in the tunes. And don’t forget to browse the nostalgic retro snacks and toys from SnacKING — complete with iced gem plushies and old-school games for a dose of childhood charm.
Kid-Friendly Activities and More
Families with children will be happy to know that Rockestra® isn’t just about the music. Bouncy castles will be on site, courtesy of Families for Life, ensuring the little ones stay entertained. There’ll also be interactive corners and window art activities, making it a fun-filled evening for all ages.

With its tranquil river views, open lawns, and a variety of cafes nearby, Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park is an ideal pre-show destination.
